I worked with Adrian Chase from KDP Books Publishing, to get my three book trilogy published and available on several different outlets such as Amazon, Barnes and Noble, IngramSpark. He worked to resolve any issues quickly and made the whole thing so much easier. I highly appreciate all he did to make my dreams come true!!

After being assigned a design representative for illustrations for my book, I had a few questions that I emailed to both R.Bradley and J. Baron. I received brief responses, but no real answers. Then, before receiving any images or work from them, I was ghosted for weeks. I disputed the charge made to my credit card, since I could not get a response from anyone, and they fabricated emails between myself and a person I had never heard of and sent them to my bank to make it appear that I was satisfied with their "work". What a scam! I would not recommend this organization. I do not trust them.

I dealt qith Harry Clifford who charged me $450 for 10 books but the books were unreadable. The format was different from what we discussed and the pages were cut-off. He then kept promising he would resend me new copies and then just disappeared. Be careful. This company is a fraud!

"I signed up with them and within a week, I was impressed with their past work done for the clients. Their team edited my first book, and this time they have ghostwritten a book on my behalf. I have read the whole draft. It is flawless. Good job KDP Books Publishing."

"One of the specialists that can make your ideas come true. The best part of their services is the easy transfer of rights. Thanks for the overall benefits. Especially, thanks to the writers for providing such a great piece of art."

"I have been working with Ghost Writer publishing since October 2021, and I am very satisfied with the professionalism, routine follow-up calls, and recommendations to make sure I understand where my projects are and to ensure my needs are covered."

I had the pleasure of working with Jacob Baron on my KDP publishing journey, and I couldn’t be more impressed with his expertise and professionalism. From start to finish, Jacob provided invaluable guidance on every aspect of the publishing process, from formatting and cover design to keyword optimization and marketing strategies.

Avoid them! They are incompetent. It took them 3 months to enter my manuscript into the kdp site. And another month—and many proddings from me—to furnish all the services that I was promised--in writing. When I try to reach them by phone, I get a generic answering service, and emails are often met with no response at all. There was a rotating cast of “project managers” who had lots of great plans but who didn’t seem to know what my project was. And their very Anglo names (which sound like American musicians, BTW) did not match their heavy Indian and Filipino accents. So who are they really? Their names did not show up in any Google search. Their first attempt at "editing" was either done by a bad AI program or by someone whose first language is not English. I had to tell them not to touch my manuscript without asking first, and I did my own editing after that. They did a decent job of producing the cover art, based on my design, but even after verbal and written instructions, they never got the font on the cover right. Plus, the ISBN they put on the back cover didn’t match the one I wrote on the copyright page. And get this: their business address is home to Castleberry Point, the office of a condominium complex , between a tea shop and a beauty parlor in Atlanta. Believe me, other than the cover art (which was my design), they did nothing I couldn’t have done better myself. If you have difficulties or questions, contact Amazon, and avoid these incompetent amateurs. Date of experience: July 09, 2024, to January 14, 2025
