Great Product. Great Service. A+ experience

Worked with Clint on the design and ordering and all went well. One area that I was a little miffed about was when I went to pick it up, the person at the front desk called Clint to let him know I was picking it up and he never came out and introduced himself. He just told her to send me around back to pick it up. After our dealings on the phone I would have liked to put a face with a voice for future reference but I guess he felt otherwise.

Through the years your service and quality of your product have always been excellent. Like anything else cost could always be cheaper especially since freight is always an issue to Hawaii. Ah ha! Shipping should be cheaper!

Not really satisfied with KD Kanopy. I bought a shelter for my non-profit and it does not fit the frame. I called and reported this and was told there is nothing wrong with it. I have been buying from KD Kanopy for 20 years and have always been happy with the product until now. I am a pretty strong guy and I cannot put this canopy up. It will fit the frame but you cannot extend it far enough to lock it in. I own numerous tents and tried different frames it does not fit at all. I am not sure I am going to buy any more tents from your company. I will probably shop around more.
