The Canopy tent is beautiful! I only gave it 2 stars because several plastic pieces broke off it the first time we used it, so we really don’t use it anymore. Paid a lot of money for a supposed “commercial-grade” canopy and we were disappointed.

Good quality product, Customer service needs work. I ordered a canopy from KDKanopy for an event last year. The tent showed up without a frame, when I called to question issue our assigned rep was out of the office as usual, and no one else was able to help with the problem. When I finally reached our rep she was very rude and said the problem was of course my mistake, and I was required to pay an extra charge to get the frame plus shipping??? As a result of their poor Customer service, attitude I no longer use this vendor. 2 stars only b/c the final product was pretty good.

Not really satisfied with KD Kanopy. I bought a shelter for my non-profit and it does not fit the frame. I called and reported this and was told there is nothing wrong with it. I have been buying from KD Kanopy for 20 years and have always been happy with the product until now. I am a pretty strong guy and I cannot put this canopy up. It will fit the frame but you cannot extend it far enough to lock it in. I own numerous tents and tried different frames it does not fit at all. I am not sure I am going to buy any more tents from your company. I will probably shop around more.
