My friends and I registered all together on the platform. I was the only one to receive a different reward for KYC task (2 USDT) while my friends all received 100 USDT. We are all from France, and I don't see a single difference I could have made. When I contacted support, it was completely useless (telling me it was the "algorithm"??? We did the exact same thing.) That's just messed up :(

Read all the other reviews warning about scams and issues with withdrawing and RUN! This platform is an absolute fraud. I signed up and did their bonus tasks and traded honestly with the funds. Over time as I grew my account through hard work and trading. I attempted to make a withdrawal and they permanently froze the account due to “confidential risk control” and closed the account, stealing the funds (almost $1000 USD). Stay away and RUN. Absolute frauds this shouldn’t be allowed to conduct business in the United States.

I mistakenly deposited $200 twice into KCEX. When I contacted their support, they told me I have to pay $100 for each refund request — that’s half my money gone! It’s been over 6 days now and they keep delaying with the same excuse: “Please wait 30 days.” No real help, no clear date, just empty promises and time-wasting. I have full screenshots and proof of my transactions. This platform is not trustworthy. Be careful with your money — I feel scammed and ignored.

Its so bad. First of all, costumer service is a bot even when you say that you want live support. Secondly i have done tasks according to the rules. And now i cant claim my rewards of $300usdt and costumer service doesn’t care.

After a certain time, I got to realised that they are just time consumers and you won't get anything good out of them. They will lure you to invest, but you won't make any profit from them. I have never encountered any issue with Paiva. They have shown so much concern for their customers, and they stick to their words.

It is pointless to write about this company. The awful treatment I have been receiving is unbelievable. Individuals are experiencing financial loss and you guys are falling apart. But Good Merit has greatly aided in my development and I will continue to use them.
