I have 3732 dollars in my account and it doesn't allow me to withdraw this money. It says it's been in the review for 2 weeks. I asked live support, it says we extended the period for another 3 weeks. This exchange does not allow you to withdraw money. I will not remove this comment unless my problem is solved. WORST EXCHANGE EVER IT REJECTS YOUR NEW USER BONUSES FOR NO REASON

Like many others, I signed up because of the ´new customer bonuses´. I completed some tasks and the bonuses got denied because apparently, some security risk has been detected. Customer support says they can´t help because the higher ups are making the decisions. I´m not kidding.

KCEX is a scam exchange run by thieves. On Aug 20 I made solid profits trading futures. The next day (Aug 21) they suddenly froze my account with a so-called “risk control review.” They demanded photos of my ID and even a handwritten note, which I submitted immediately. Instead of finishing the review, they kept pushing the deadlines further: first they said Aug 23, then Aug 31, then Sep 14. Weeks of fake promises and delays. When Sep 14 arrived, instead of giving my account back, they drained my balance. I had 1,086.71 USDT, and they left me with only 272.83 USDT. That means KCEX stole 813.88 USDT from me. After that, support told me my account was permanently banned. They say withdrawals are “open,” but it means nothing when the money is already gone. And don’t believe their “abnormal activity” excuse. My trades were 100% clean and legitimate. They just saw my profit and decided to take it. KCEX = thieves, liars, scammers. They freeze accounts, stall you with fake reviews, confiscate your profits, and then kick you out. This is straight-up theft. My UID is 53812471. If KCEX wants to prove they are not criminals, they should return my money. Until then, I will keep exposing them everywhere — Reddit, Trustpilot, Twitter, Telegram, YouTube, and every crypto forum. The crypto community will know exactly what they did. Stay far away from KCEX. They are criminals.

Most of my trades were shorts on newly listed coins. My strategy was successful: over the last two months, my total PnL exceeded +1200 USDT. On the day of the incident, my account balance was 1042.6 USDT. When I tried to withdraw 500 USDT, my account was suddenly placed under Risk Control (frozen). KCEX support asked me to pass manual verification (photo with passport and account details). I completed this step successfully and was confirmed. ❌ However, instead of unlocking my account, KCEX permanently suspended it. Support informed me that: My account is blocked forever. Withdrawal of funds is impossible. Even if I send a complaint by email, the decision will not change. 📨 I still filed a complaint by email as instructed. KCEX promised a response within 7 business days, but after the deadline, I received no reply. I opened a position and closed it a couple of weeks later with a profit of about $750. No spoofing, no manipulation, no high-frequency trading or other violations. I just opened a position and closed it after a while. However, when I tried to withdraw money, my account was frozen, and later $750 disappeared from my account. The support service cannot even clearly formulate which rule I violated in their opinion. They just send a link to the User Agreement. And this is understandable, because I did not violate anything. I want to warn everyone about this so-called exchange. They blocked my funds without any justification, claiming it was a “decision from upper management” and refusing to say which rule I allegedly violated. Customer support is useless — they only repeat the same scripted excuses, saying they have no power and no explanation. The result: you lose access to your own money and get zero transparency. This is not security, this is straight-up theft. It’s abusive, dishonest, and criminal. The platform pretends to be transparent, but in reality it operates like an organized fraud. They lure customers in, let you trade normally, and then invent supposed “abnormal activities” to freeze your withdrawals and keep your funds. DO NOT TRUST THIS PLACE. KCEX is a scam, fraud, and theft operation. If you value your money and peace of mind, stay far away from this exchange.

I received a notice that my account was closed without prior warning. My funds are still in the account, and support does not provide clear instructions on how to retrieve them. Exercise caution before depositing any money on this platform.
