Scam scam scam be careful please!!

They suspended my withdrawal with over 5,750 USDT balance without any reason! When I asked them about the reason, they just explained me about abnormalities on my transactions and insisted they can't explain more because their risk control policies are confidential! So they wanted me to prove I own that funds, I did. Then they wanted me to complete KYC. I tried to complete the KYC process and I realized they don't recognize Iranian Passport as a valid identity! They wanted me Iranian ID in English instead, which doesn't exist at all! Only Persian IDs exist. After two days argument I finally could withdraw my funds, but there is big question mark on my head: If you're not going to recognize Iranian identities, why do you register Iranian audience with national phone number?

Please TAKE THIS SERIOUS !!!!! This website is a scam do not engage !!!!! i stupidly sent them money which i will never see again because they are not replying anymore when they ask me for more fees i said i am not paying now they won't release my deposit. many of the links are fake do not get scammed. They collected my personal information and a photograph of my identification card for Know Your Customer (KYC) verification in order to provide a bonus. Subsequently, I was informed that, due to risk control measures, my KYC verification was not completed. It appears that they have taken individuals' personal information for the purpose of selling it and utilizing it on other platforms. I believe they are engaging in fraudulent activities and scams by misappropriating individuals' personal information for malicious purposes.

i did deposit and when i wanted to withdraw, they made account not working, and when i contacted them, they talk like scammer, saying we will review, they don't let you withdraw your own money by making more and more reasons like IP changes, .unusual activity, send us your documents and identity, they thief and totally programmed to scam your deposit, no withdraw

Worst possible exchange known to mankind. If you are ready to get your every second transaction freezed for 3-5 days - feel free to use. These guys are just desperate for liquidity, such a nonsense. STAY AWAY

Risk control for no reason. I bought crypto on a DEX using my Phantom wallet and deposited it into KCEX to sell. Shortly after, KCEX froze my account under 'risk control' with no explanation. This is theft, plain and simple. My funds are being held hostage. KCEX’s user agreement is a scam. It lets them freeze accounts and steal funds whenever they feel like it, leaving users completely powerless.

This exchange is scam I got register bonus and traded with it i had 104$ withawable trx in account and they suspended i didnt even break any god damn rule and they just suspended my account with no reason when i approached to customer support they said it cant be fixed They didnt had any valid reason nor proof of me breaking any tules
