I don’t trust this platform. Agree with the bad reviews put here. Dishonest approach to lure people with rewards which they never end up giving. Luckily I did not invest anything - other than sharing my info. Don’t want to deal on platforms that scam people. Can’t trust them going forward.

Scam. Did some fair trading, at one point got my account locked because of “risk control”. A month later they unblocked it, took away 500$ and the token I had money in collapsed by 95%, I lost 1200$ from it. So in the end I'm at a disadvantage of almost 1700$ because of their “Risk control”. Don't put your money here, they will just take it away without explanation.

This broker is a 100% SCAM site. They lure people in with all types of bonuses and reward offers. Then before fulfilling any rewards they will claim some sort of "Risk Control" error which they never explain what it is or how to address it and when you ask their customer service they claim is "Confidential". DO NOT deposit any funds onto this site or you will lose them. Ive reported them to the SEC and other authorities to open an investigation into this "Broker" which is now underway.

Was trading on here then it said sorry you r reached your limit of trades per day and I couldn’t hedge a position so I got liquidated. Who limits the amount of trading you can do on a trading site!! Wtf!!

On 10.01.2025, I found a SERAPH coin and saw a situation in which I considered it right to open a short. It was traded on futures only on the KCEX exchange. I registered, was verified, replenished by $100, opened a position. Funding was large, so after some time I added another $50 margin. Held the position for 3 days, closed at +536$. I'm trying to transfer from future to spot, but the system says that I can't do it - contact support. I applied, I was told that the risk system detected suspicious activity and it is necessary to undergo additional verification. I did everything that was required of me. My withdrawal was unlocked only on 30.01.2025! And you know what??? I don't have $686 on my balance sheet anymore, but $150. I wrote to support to ask where my money went. To which I have not received any clear answer. In the end, after a few minutes, the support apparently got tired of communicating with me and just closed the chat. Do not use this exchange under any circumstances!

They blocked the withdrawal of funds without any reason and without any explanation. All further information is confidential They asked me to add a photo with my ID and it is not yet clear whether they will allow me to withdraw funds. I do not recommend this platform!

Horrible platform. I signed up through Crypto Banter's Whale School. I completed the bonus tasks, which had to be verified by the exchange. Came back the next morning to see all tasks being flagged as cheated on... I haven't cheated a single thing! Support was extremely unhelpful and dismissive telling me that results could not be changed and details as to why couldn't be shared because of confidentiality?? One thing I've learned again: transparency is key. What a SCAM. I'm glad I didn't deposit any funds.
