I recently purchased a Barclay Nyla bathtub that was low in stock and required a call to customer service. I had the pleasure of working with Benjie Beltran, and my experience was seamless from start to finish. Benjie was kind, patient, knowledgeable, and incredibly efficient. He went above and beyond to ensure my order could be fulfilled as quickly as possible and that I was completely comfortable with the color I selected. He personally made multiple calls to the manufacturer to confirm inventory and even worked to secure a color chip so I could continue planning my bathroom renovation with confidence. Throughout the process, Benjie called me back several times with updates and was a pleasure to speak with every time. His level of professionalism, dedication, and genuine customer care is increasingly rare. He earned my trust as a customer, and I won't hesitate to return to KB+A for future purchases. KB+A has a true asset in Benjie. Retain this gem of a human at all costs! Cheers, Benjie, and thank you for making what could have been a stressful purchase an exceptionally positive experience.

Thank you so much for this wonderful review! We’re thrilled Benjie was able to turn a low-stock bathtub hunt into a smooth, confidence-building experience — renovation decisions are stressful enough without playing “will the tub arrive?” roulette. We’ll absolutely pass along your kind words to Benjie. His patience, follow-through, and manufacturer detective work are exactly the kind of care we’re proud to offer. And don’t worry: we agree, Benjie is a gem. We’ll do our best to keep him polished, protected, and properly appreciated. Thank you again for choosing KB+A. We’d be happy to help with your next bathroom renovation chapter!

Difficult part (flush valve) to find for a Duravit Happy D one piece toilet. big box stores did not have. checked numerous web sites including Amazon & even foreign sites. KB had it in stock and for a lot less $ than even Amazon sites
Response from Kitchen & Bath AuthorityJun 19, 2026
Thank you for the great review! We’re glad we had the hard to find Duravit Happy D flush valve in stock and at a better price. Sometimes the plumbing parts scavenger hunt gets a little too adventurous, so we’re happy KB+A could be the place where the search finally ended. We appreciate your business!

I knew the exact parts I was looking for and was shopping online when I saw KBA. They had good reviews and the product I wanted was in stock. Their price was good and the product arrived sooner than they estimated! I was so happy and it looks great. Would definitely order from KBA again.
