Thank you for the kind words—and the almost-perfect score! We're thrilled you enjoyed our service and products, and we’ll take that 4-star rating as a sign we’re this close to perfection. If there’s anything we can do to earn that fifth star next time, just say the word. We’re always up for a challenge!

I had an important event coming up this week end, my thing i ordered had not shipped yet and i was teally worried, so i called and asked about the eta, i explained about my event, and the customer service guy called down to the shipping department and asked for it to be expedited. And i just exactly what i ordered with 2 days to spare!

I want to highlight the representative, Teylar, who helped me. Without her this review would be a 1. She was very understanding and helped resolve a return. Her communication was constant and was compassionate about our situation. Thank you, Teylar!
