That company withdraws the money from your account without sending your package. They withdrew the money on 14/10 and today on 29/10 they have not yet sent the item away. I have written to them many times and they keep writing that they will send it by tomorrow. I received my order over 4 weeks after I had ordered it, even though I ordered it with express delivery.

Huge selection of Vix swimwear. I was disappointed to receive notification that one of the items I ordered got cancelled due to being out of stock. Loved everything else though.

I found what I was looking for with the lowest price and quick turnaround. I also had great experience with their customer service; I made a mistake and ordered my swimsuit separately, therefore paying shipping twice and I reached out and they were kind enough to refund one of the shipping charges (even though it had already shipped!)
