bad bad bad. Placed a big order on June 8. Shipping states order will take 3-7 days. Did not receive any updates on the order, so on June 17 I decided to contact the company. I waited a full day for an answer and I did not receive an email. I decided to open a case through PayPal to get a refund. Lisa (from kayokoko) immediately contacted me within minutes of the case being opened, with a very rude tone. I would not recommend this company, based on bad customer service.

Some of our items ship from different warehouses so your order may not ship complete in one package but rather you may receive 2 or more packages depending on which warehouse your order has shipped from.
