My Kawasaki engine was serviced under warranty on 2 occasions in 1.5 years after purchase. Second event, I was declined warranty due to carbon buildup on valves. Kawasaki claimed poor fuel and additives caused it. I had use ONLY Ethanol free rec fuel at $10/gal. for that first 1.5 years. This was a poor, inaccurate excuse to deny my warranty claim. Weak battery, coil pack failure, backfiring, then valve issues all in 1.5 years. Poor product and miserable warranty assessment. No more Kawasaki engines for me!

Do not buy Kawasaki ridge hvac…
Bought a new 2026 Kawasaki ridge hvac got it home rode it for 15 minutes. Turns out it had now power. Took it down to the dealer ship it’s been down there for 3 weeks now and it sounds like a fuel pump issue. Turns out the pumps are on back order from a different country and there’s no ETA. Called Kawasaki and there no help at all. They told me they have no idea when they will be here. So the dealership had another one in the shop so they swapped fuel pumps with mine had the same issue. I talk to other dealerships, They were having the same issue as well. They replaced three fuel pumps in one machine before they got it going so I had to order a used one I paid $550 waiting for it to get here. I’m sure I won’t get reimbursed for that. all in all I wish I would’ve never bought a Kawasaki should’ve stuck with the Can-Am. I just figured with their new motor they would last longer and be a good machine turns out they’re junk and their customer service sucks. Don’t recommend buying one of these there has been multiple machines just like this having the same issue and Kawasaki knows about it and they won’t do anything about it.

Had a 2023 Kawasaki klr650 and it was…
Had a 2023 Kawasaki klr650 and it was in the shop for 10 months .In that time they said it was fixed 3 times and it was not .I had to call Kawasaki customer service to get them in involved. They said the factory tech went to the dealership and diagnosed it. 2 fuel pump ,wiring harness, throttle body ,valve adjustment and many more parts .I went and picked it up and was told the bike would not start in neutral with the kickstand down .At that point I sold the bike Back to that dealership and out the 10 Payments and parts i installed .First time buying a Kawasaki and last Time. The Extended warranty was not worth the money.

I have a 24 kawasaki ridge hvac
I have a 24 kawasaki ridge hvac. My question is are they going to have a recall on the primary clutch? I know they have upgraded them for the 26 models but what about your customers that have the 24 25 models? Thanks

Do Not Buy a Kawasaki Mule
I bought a new Kawasaki Pro MX Mule last April. Initially delighted with the machine until I noticed that the powder coat finish is coming off all over the chassis and frame. It has done 48 hours! This was immediately reported to the supplying dealer well within the 1 year warranty period who has been very helpful. He brought a Kawasaki representative to the farm who agreed there is a problem. Someone in Kawasaki has refused to rectify the issue satisfactorily and the supplying dealer has now informed me that they have a number of other machines with the same problem. It would have been a great machine but the build quality is shocking. I expected so much more. Steer clear would be my advice
