Hi Bunny, Thank you for your feedback. We’re sorry for any confusion regarding your order. We checked the order details and can confirm that the rug selected and purchased was the Cinnamoroll Rug, and this is the item that was shipped. We did not send a different design from the one ordered. Could you please check your order confirmation and the product received again? If you believe there is still an issue, please contact our customer support with your order number and a photo of the rug you received, and we’ll be happy to double-check everything for you. Thank you for your understanding. Warm regards, Sam Kawaii Fashion Shop

Hello Santha, This order was not placed with our company or through our website. We are Kawaii Fashion Shop and are not affiliated with Kawaii Store or kawaiistore.in. The order confirmation you provided clearly shows that the purchase was made from Kawaii Store, a completely different business. We do not sell or ship products to India, and order #11646 is not an order number from our system. We did not receive your payment, supply this product, or fulfil this order. Unfortunately, this review has been posted on the wrong company’s Trustpilot profile. Please contact kawaiistore.in regarding your order and refund, and kindly remove this review from our profile or post it on the correct company’s page. For your privacy, please also avoid publishing your full address and phone number publicly. Kind regards, Kawaii Fashion Shop
