KatuChef cutting boards are produced in…
KatuChef cutting boards are produced in China... so far okay. BUT It is not a TITAN cutting board. I checked it seriously. It is a metal alloy, cheap, during the first use it was scratched a lot, not good made = sharp edges, cheap cheap cheap. Warning from my experience: Don't order it and don't pay it!

Hice el pedido hace 3 meses me…
Hice el pedido hace 3 meses me confirmaron entrega en 10 días hoy aún no han llegado y ya no me sirven para el propósito que tenía pedido echo el en febrero confirmado el.8 the marzo! Segun decian salia els 10 de marzo entrega máximo 9 días,4 de abril nada recibido y no atienden a cancelacion y reembolso. Es una estafa.

I ordered 2 cutting boards on March 24
I ordered 2 cutting boards on March 24, 2026. 10:17 AM. I specifically did NOT hit the warranty button. I wanted to try 2 and see if I liked them before ordering more. I then received my PayPal receipt at 10:21 AM. When I saw that they charged me for the warranty AND 2 more (equals 4!) and the bill was $ 191.51...I almost got sick!!!! I called customer service at 10:31 and they told me it was too late, that they had already sent it out!!! REALLY???? Do they really believe people are that stupid. The next Email was at 10:41 stating my order was ready to leave the warehouse...NOT sent out already! Customer service sent an Email at 2:43 PM stating cancellation was no longer possible! I Emailed back to tell them to send me a shipping label to send 2 back and get a refund. Haven"t heard a thing back. Very upset !!! For 2 cutting boards the price was $71.80! For 2 cutting boards and the warranty it was $111.96 plus shipping of course. I was shocked to see how small they were also.

Added extra items which were not…
Added extra items which were not requested and would not cancel them as they said they were dispatched on the same day of the order 😡 Also promised a refund which they never followed up on Avoid at all costs Still no email from them , surprise surprise 😡

Do not order from this company
Do not order from this company. They will take your money and not deliver any product. They say product is in stock and ships within 12 hours after order is placed. This is a total crock of crap. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS SCAM COMPANY. THEY WILL TAKE YOUR MONEY!!!!!!!

No le compren a esta empresa
No le compren a esta empresa. Te cobran el dia que haces el pedido, pero no te lo envian. Cuando consultaspor mail te contestan que tengas paciencia que va a llegar. No te envian datos sobre el seguimiento del paquete, o si te dan datos te pasan donde esta otra orden que no es la tuya. Compre el 24 de diciembre 2025 y aun no llego. Dudo que llegue mi pedido. Es una pagina fraudulenta.

Do not order from this company
Do not order from this company. They have never sent the order I paid for & just keep dragging me along with different reps asking me to provide my shipping address. Nothing ever happens.
