your people were very nice to talk to
your people were very nice to talk to, but still waiting to get the information to return the order. I tried to stop it right after I placed to order, It took 2 weeks to get here and I have now talked to 3 people on different days about how to return it, They were all very nice but I'm still waiting

I got disconnected with the first customer service person I spoke with. I was able to continue with a new one when I called back. I’m hoping that the information they gave me is going to result in my being able to return my item and get my refund.

To be honest
To be honest, I am not able to use these due to the weight of these. They are too heavy for me to use. Therefore, I can’t use them.

My experience has not been a good.
My experience has not been the most pleasant. Not because of the customer service, but when I placed my order, there were twice as many boards on the order. Why? Then when I got my order, the boards are small. Not workable for me.
Response from KatuChefSep 20, 2026
Hello Merrilee, Thank you for sharing your feedback. Any add-ons, or optional offers must be actively selected and confirmed before an order is finalized; our system does not add anything the customer did not select. We’ve reviewed your case and can confirm that the matter has been resolved in the meantime. If you need any further assistance, our support team will be happy to help.
