The agent was professional when I described my disappointing experience with your product as the scratch was deep and the product (cloth) ran out of the scratch no matter how firm I put on the scratch.

The product is good, irritating marketing though.
The product is good. The additional marketing add-ons at considerably lower prices are only available after agreeing to purchase at the higher price. This form of marketing really irritates me. So it's a mixed review, I've been looking for a chopping board that reduces contaminating bacteria for some time, which I'm pleased to find.
