I felt the product was falsely advertised saying the titanium sharpens knives whe in face it destroys blades quickly.
I didn't have a good experience because the cutting board is very bad for knives sharp edges.

Poor Customer Service from the Start
When I first placed the order for cutting boards I inadvertently also ordered pads for the cutting boards. I was unable to delete them from my online cart. I decided to cancel the ENTIRE order within 30-minutes of placing it and was told that it was too late to do so. I found that hard to believe. I still intend to return the 4 cutting boards and two pads -- but now I have to pay for the return shipping cost which does not make mee happy.

Was disappointed that the website…
Was disappointed that the website didn’t clarify that the prices were in $US & when I reached out to cancel the order only minutes after making, the support e mail was returned saying ‘not deliverable’.

Watch the end process. You try to finish and you accidentally order more!
The site is very problematic as it tri is you into trusting you have touched the right button to finish the process but you’ve ordered more because the buttons are impossibly to close
