Immediate feedback after wanting to return items

I got an immediate response even though it's new year's eve. I was not given a run-around.

Great communication and service. Very Polite.

Question for all the naysayers complaining about poor customer service and lack of refunds. How many customers have purchased this product only to use it a handful of times and then wanting a refund for no real reason? They are quick to call this company scammers when they in fact are scammers themselves. I’ve worked retail and I can promise you the general public are scum, liars, cheats, and thieves. It’s metal. Of course it will scratch! But it won’t scratch to the point of particles ending up in your food. You people are just stupid.

Took this on our last camping trip instead of those flimsy plastic boards. It worked great for fish cleaning and veggie chopping, then just wiped clean with water from our cooler. Light enough to pack anywhere.
