I wish like many on this board I had seen these reviews. It is true. This company is a scam and misleading the consumer in so many ways. Firstly the product advertised is not what I received. 6 tiny boards about the size of 1/2 a 8 x 12 inch paper. I had been waiting for 17 days to receive an order I was told would arrive 5 - 12 business days. I was emailing back and forth with different representatives that just gave me vague answers. When I finally received the boards, I immediately called the phone number provided to speak to a sales representative to get a refund. I was given a line about how sorry they were that I wasn't happy with their product. Then I was instructed to wait for an email that would show me what I needed to do to get the refund. I think it's a bunch of bots responding because my questions never were answered and each time it was a "new" name responding to my last email with what sounded lime an automated response. I was told that I would need to return the boards, that this was the standard size, within 30 days to get a full refund. But if I accept a partial refund of 25%, then I can keep the boards. Of course I refused and now have just been given a constant reply by email of how sorry they are about my dissatisfaction. Needless to say every email I have asked for their mailing address to return the boards and not once has that question been answered. I fear there will be no refund unless I take this to the authorities. I will be reporting them to Consumer Affairs and the local authorities that deal with cyber theft and scams. PLEASE READERS DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT IT WILL BE A NIGHTMARE!

I have received my order today and have received the smallest cutting board when I was expecting the large cutting board. When I called customer service to return only to find out I have to pay for the return. This looks like a scam to me and not a genuine product. Please ignore if possible and customer service was terrible

Ordered these cutting boards and when they showed up they were 6x9 inches so I wanted to return them. The customer service people kept trying to talk me out of it with discounts until finally giving me an address. They received my items 2 weeks ago but just lied and send they checked the tracking and they're still in transit. Still waiting for my refund. Do not waste your money!!

I have not received anything at all, and I find that unstylish. I have paid.

Do NOT buy. Comes from China. Ordered 2 weeks ago and according to tracking number that I was finally able to get from customer service, the carrier is still waiting to receive the item so it still hasn't shipped. But they were fast to take my money and would not cancel my order and issue a refund. I so regret not searching into this product more thoroughly. Updt: Received cutting board today; 1 month after placing order. $59.00 + tax buys you a 5-3/4" x 9-3/4" cutting board (extremely small and useless).

This is a SCAM site!!! If you go through the process of ordering, then find you want to amend the order, YOU CAN'T. If you then go back in, thinking the previous order was not completed, you are creating a second (or third) order. As you progress through the process, you are suddenly confronted with super-special prices for buying additional boards. At this point, if you want to cancel the initial order to take advantage of the new pricing, TOO LATE!! You've created a NEW order. YOU ARE NOT GIVEN A CHANCE TO SEE YOUR ORDER SUMMARY IN PAYPAL PRIOR TO APPROVING IT!!!! Somehow, they manage to bypass the Paypal summary for approval. YOUR ORDER HAS BEEN PLACED!! AND YOUR PAYPAL HAS BEEN UPDATED. They email you in less than an hour to say your order has been dispatched. I cancelled my Bank Card and Paypal immediately I realised it was a scam!! Katuchef gives the impression that their goods are coming from AMERICA (maybe they are). The goods are made in CHINA. The firm is based in LITHUANIA. BE WARNED!!!!!!!

Don’t buy from this company. They are scammers promoting a fake product and then selling you something else. Then if you want to return it they then go into trying to get you to keep the fake product at a reduced price but you still end up losing money. These people that come here giving a five star rating I feel are not actual customers who have been ripped off by this company. Don’t believe the five star ratings. Can’t say it loud enough THIS COMPANY IS A SCAM DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THEM!!!!!!!
