Customer support helpful. I called to cancel order almost immediately—in fact, before I got a confirmation of the order. They told me order was already being processed so I couldn’t cancel. Order has now arrived and I want to return it

The coating used is very suspect. It came off so easy when I was only removing the label. No abrasives were used!
