i ordered 1 cutting board and you charged me for 2 and i ordered 1 metal soap and you charged me for 3. this is fraud.

What a crooked & dishonest company! "I'll NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH THEM AGAIN!" 'Anything Goes' with this company to get you to buy something from them. During my purchase, they offered me their Titanium cutting boards @ A 'Reduced Price' - $35 each vs $50 each - so, I clicked on that Price icon for that offer - & AFTER I checked out - I found that they never actually gave me the $35 price offered - but the original $50 price offer instead! Talk about 'BAIT & SWITCH' Price tactics! Wow! The nerve it must take to do that! And When I called customer service to complain - they asked me for 'Proof' - LOL! So WHO takes multiple screen shots of their purchase on line, while going through that process to purchase an item? They know what they did - but then they ask you to 'PROVE IT' - knowing full well that its highly unlikely you took various screen shots to document the entire purchase process - So PLEASE - give me a break! WHO calls Customer Service with a made up story like that? Why would I lie! You can't make this stuff up! Stay away from these Criminals! Their are reputable companies out there - but they ARE NOT one of them!

Katchuchef titanium cutting boards: They added over $100 delivery fee which was not seen until after the card was added to cart. The board isn’t big enough to fit a loaf of bread. The board is full of scratches from day 1. The add is misleading in every way and I could not stop the payment. Could not get a refund and could not contact anyone. Finished up costing nearly $300 and I thought it was going to be under $100 So fraudulent. So dishonest. So disgusting that they are still advertising and ripping off people. Unfortunately I saw the negative truth reviews after I paid but even within a couple of hours the money was untraceable through some overseas company and banks couldn’t help me. Hope they go to jail.

In my research these cutting boards dull knives. And is too expensive for me.

I ordered one titanium cutting board. I received an email thanking me for the order, providing an order number and order summary noting the final cost to be $66.74. My credit card has been charged $93.30. I'm assuming KatuChef is advertising the price in Australian dollars, then charging in US dollars. This was NOT mentioned anywhere during the checkout process. So disappointed, if this was stipulated during checkout I would never have purchased this product. I see KatuChef as being deceitful and would prefer to not receive the cutting board and have the money refunded. Further the customer service email address on their website responds as Undeliverable. Therefore, I can only assume it is a fake email address.

Yes, the first person I spoke to was kind and helpful about my incorrect order. However, I just looked back and it took me 21 more times of contact to get the problem solved. They kept offering me percents off my charge but I just wanted to return the extra pieces and get a full refund. I would not trust this company. I think it’s a big bait and switch job and it cost me much time and frustration dealing with them. And on top of that, I don’t like the cutting board!

I had two companies up and was reviewing when I decided based on all the negative feedback that I would not proceed with you. However the charge went through, and when I saw this, I emailed you only to get told it had left. We are talking less than hours. I was told to wait, like many others here, until I received this, which was today. I am not opening this, as I did not want it. Looking at the invoice, I see you also charged me for an extended warranty. It came to over $74USD. In my country that is over $120. That is insane. To make things worse, I was then offered $17.94 to finalise the dispute and keep the item, an item I did not order, nor did I want in the first place. They came back to me and said we don't charge unless you actually purchase this - this I can confirm is a complete lie. It charged while I was comparing two products. I hope others read all the comments including that this company was a previous one before, changing to this due to such bad reviews. I will be taking this further

I’m returning the four cutting boards and the slip‑pad mat because the products did not perform safely or as advertised. The titanium knife had no grip while cutting, which made it difficult and unsafe to use. The cutting board was much smaller than expected, and the slip mat that was marked as compatible does not fit the board properly. The overall setup didn’t feel stable or secure, and using the board dulled my good knives with every use. I also intended to order two boards but ended up with four because the website’s ordering process was confusing. These issues are the reason for my return. Additionally, requiring customers to complete a survey before providing return instructions for a full refund is not a good business practice and creates unnecessary friction in the process.
