For the price of $80 CDN I expected a much larger cutting board. It is aound 6” by 9”. The site made it sound like it was such a deal. What a scam. I can find titanium cutting boards on many other sites for much less money

I put a one star only because there is no 0 star. They do not deserve a star at all!! The product came a month late!!! The cutting boards are one quarter the actual size of the shown product!!! The shown product does not at all equal the price of the product received!!! They fumbled the shipment from the very beginning!!! They OVERCHARGED!! I would never have bought a cutting board this size for the price I paid.

From beginning to end, this transaction has had “scam” written all over it. I ordered 2 cutting boards back on May 21 and still have never seen them. Their bogus “order tracking number” showed a shipment from China, a customs delay, an “out for delivery” and, finally, delivery failure . . on a Sunday . . for “unforeseen circumstances”. When I tried to contact Customer Service about the delivery failure, my entire file had been mysteriously closed and I was instructed to start all over again.

Item arrived eventually damaged on one corner. It is about 1/4 size shown in the video on Katuchef's own site. Tried phoning -no response so I'm taking this up through PayPal. Unfortunately I read the trustpilot reviews too late to cancel but I will never use this company again

There are times when your brain does not work. That was the time I ordered Katuchef, and then they gave an offer right after the order, and the brain had not rebooted hence I bought one more order of two. They baited you and the moment you clicked a button the order was on the way without a confirmation. And oh yes, I wa spaying through PayPal, they had started a subscription in their name. After some time, it became clear to be that I was in for a fraud. When there was no information about whereabouts of the order, I started asking question over call and email. They had a response for every email, just not what you are expecting. Once they said my address was incorrect, then they said they don’t know where the order is, many times they did not respond. Sometimes they would respond with some vaguary, sometimes they would not. Eventually I opened up a case with PayPal and then they started changing the tune and gave me a tracking number, and I could that the tracking number is from china, but there was no shipment attached to it. All the while, I had clearly told them for weeks that I need my money back, and in good faith told them that I have opened a case with PayPal. Anyway, long story short PalPal defunded the money. The story does not end there, they kept sending me conflicting emails. One said that they have shipped the order and I can keep the order if I have to, or throw it away. Another said I need to send them the money. By this time I stopped responding and wasting my time. Yesterday, two cutting boards I ordered actually got delivered, but here is the funny part. They are 6 inches by 9.5 inches, you can well imagine what you can cut on it:). Also it’s the metal that my son’s ruler is made of, if you are not careful it will cut your hand maybe. Anyway, it goes in the trash can right away. Don’t fall for the scam.

Shame on Google -- the top site for "titanium cutting boards" is a sponsored site called "Top Rankings", which purports to compare five brands of titanium cutting board and recommends Katuchef as the best one out there -- what's more, it's currently offering at a 75% discount! I foolishly clicked through to the site and ordered without checking. After I'd ordered I noticed that over AUD 60 had been added to my bill (because, I was later told, I'd ticked their Upsell "offer"), bringing it to AUD 212 -- which they claimed was still a massive discount on the usual retail price of over $600! I immediately tried to cancel but was told after a few minutes that the order couldn't be stopped because it was already packed for despatch. I've since been notified TWICE that the boards have been shipped. I only received the boards a couple of weeks ago, well over a month after ordering. They aren't very big and scratch easily. And yes, the company perpetrating this scam is based in Lithuania; it appears to be Commerce Core (commercecore.com). (Titachef is another brand of titanium cutting board and their website is pretty much the same as Katuchef -- a review of the "top five titanium cutting boards", now selling at 70% off! They must be making a lot of money out of this.

DO NOT buy so-called “Katuchef” titanium cutting boards from buykatuchef.com or katuchef.com, the information is misleading. It is a drop ship scam site! The product advertised is NOT what you get. The boards are ridiculously small, about 15 x 20 cm, unlike all the images on their site that depicted very large cutting boards. Not even an onion can be properly chopped on these boards. Nor are boards made from titanium, but some alloy… The cutting boards came after 23 business days, not the 5 - 9 business days advertised! I requested a full refund, including the shipping costs for returning a product that in no way resembled what was being advertised on the site. I was told the shipping costs were on me, nevertheless. Then instead of sending me the address for returning the items, as requested, I was offered a 25% discount. I refused, insisting on a return address. I was subsequently offered a 50% discount. I refused, again insisting on a return address. I was offered a 75% discount. I refused. 4 emails later, I was sent the return address. Their site has no bad review below 3 stars, even though Trust Pilot is full of very bad reviews and warning not to touch this store. What a joke. Despicable and deplorable drop ship scammers.

New er delivered, no tracking number, evasive emails. I opened a case with Paypal, sending copies of emails and the reviews here. I was reimbursed the same day.
