Absolutely disappointing. I bought four of these, thinking they’d make impressive gifts — big mistake. The board scratched after cutting a single cucumber, despite being advertised as “scratch-resistant titanium.” What a joke. Packaging? Non-existent. It looked like something you’d get from Temu — and honestly, you’d be better off doing just that for a fraction of the price. This product is nothing more than a small, flimsy piece of cheap metal (stainless steel, hopefully?). Save your money. Do NOT buy this.

My order arrived damaged and then I was told I had to pay the return postage . I was also told that under katuchef terms and conditions that the customer has to pay return postage if the item damaged but it is documented no where on the website. Customer service is appalling and they try to bribe the customer by say they will return a portion of the refund and offer the customer to keep the damaged items. What an illegal racket this company is running .

I'm extremely dissatisfied with this order. The product isn't at all what I expected. It also took far too long to arrive at my door. I'm not trusting an exchange, and I shouldn't be expected to return this garbage to China! I have turned to the Federal Trade Commission to report the bad practices of Katuchef products. I also filed a report with the attorney general's office. I was told to request a full refund, and that's exactly what l'm doing now. I'm not interested in any other solution. I will be posting on my social media accounts how you operate so that people can be aware of your practices.

IT IS A TOTALLY SCAM! PLEASE BE CAREFUL! They are scammers. I bought a cutting board online, and they charged me $66.70 for the transaction. Then the bank contacted me saying it was a fraud because they saw that someone tried to make another transaction of $70 after I had already paid for the cutting board. Thank God I got an email from my bank saying it was a fraudulent charge. I immediately canceled the purchase just five minutes after the transaction and had to block and cancel my card too—which really sucks! Now I have to wait for a new card. What a horrible experience. I shared and posted this on my social media to make others aware of those scammers.

This product is being marketed under false pretenses. First no one gets Salmonella within minutes after exposure. It typically takes 12-96 hours. Second the main protection is using a dedicated cutting board for meat and poultry then cleaning it well. So you can safely have one wood board for raw meat and a second for cutting veggies, fruit, sandwiches etc. this type of board is not required as the ad implies

Would give it zero stars if possible! I never completed the order, but they had some of my information and regsitered a pre-authorized payment for way more than the price offered for 1 cutting board, which I didn't even order! It's a complete scam. I cancelled the future payments immediately on Paypal, and have demanded a refund for the one board I was only thinking of ordering that they charged me for. I tried calling their customer service number and clearly after an initial answering message, I was told to hold and had to hold endlessly. I am sure they would never have answered. DON"T GO NEAR THIS SITE! IT'S A TOTAL SCAM!!!!!!!!! Like so many other reviewers, I wish I had checked with TrustPilot before even thinking about opening the site!

Wish I could give 0 stars. Made 1 order for 2 boards using Pay Pal. When sent back to the katuchef website to complete my order, they must have sent me to another page so when I hit BUY, I was ordering another 3 boards! When I saw on Pay PAL that there were 2 charges, I couldn’t understand how Pay PAL would process a second transaction without my approval. It turns out I had given the company an automatic withdrawal right!! I put in a dispute for both transactions immediately and I called Pay PAL. It was frustrating to get past the AI but I kept saying I want to speak to a human! I also emailed the katuchef parent company stating I wanted to cancel. Initially I was told it was too late (less than 1 hour later) and I could always return the items. I responded that they were behaving in a fraudulent manner and I would not be accepting delivery. Eventually I got my money back. My advice if you’ve been caught by their fraudulent tactics is to complain to a human at PayPal. Their reputation is on the line here. I was all ready to close my PayPal account because I couldn’t understand how this could happen. I made it very clear to them that I had never entered into any automatic buying agreement with this company. And because of their fraudulent behaviour, I did not want ANY dealings with them.

I can't believe the commercial, this dumb cow saying her husband got Salmonella from Bread... Well heard about Cross-Contamination!? If your Cutting Board made you sick, it's because you're too effin stupid to know how to clean things!!! Go clean your brain with a rope!!!
