Customer Service was great. Responsive. The product was not what I expected. Because the surface is very smooth, cutting with a chef knife the way I do, the blade kept sliding slightly sideways. I stopped when I almost cut my fingers which rarely happens on a wooden board. Maybe if the surface was not so smooth and had some resistance built in, this would be great product to use in my food prep.

Helpful response on how to return a parcel.

The fact that you have agreed my refund because of my wife’s mistake by ordering six cutting boards. She was only reading about them and as not an expert on my l pad made this error. We were not needing a cutting Board never mind six.

Although it took 10 minutes for customer service to answer the call, when they did she was very helpful and said a refund would be issued because the product arrived damaged which gave me little faith in the product or the company. It was scratched and the defect in the cutting board was damaged from the manufacturer, noted in several places on the board after it was removed from the bubble wrap from the packaging. It looks like the covering on the titanium was damaged and coming off, which should not have been the case, which is why we want the refund.

It was easy to explain my need to return my items. Due to the ease of this process, I will go to the web site again to order sizes I will be happy to use.

I found the Titanium Cutting boads did not meet my expectations and would like to return the 6 items for a full refund. Thank You for your assistance.
