I fell for a very convincing ad on FB about how healthy this titanium cutting board was. It sounded convincing, as did the testimonials. I went to the website and ordered, but on a whim immediately searched for other customer input. Wow, I realized what a scam it is. So within 5 min. of placing the order I contact customer service to immediately cancel the order. I got a canned response that it was too late. The order was already processed and packed to ship. In fact, I got an email to that effect that it was out for delivery, but the tracking wasn't generated yet. I continued reaching out to customer service, more auto responders, all telling me that I would be able to return it for a refund. I know that no facility, even Amazon, processes orders that fast, so they are lying. Other reviews mention difficulty in making a return and getting a refund. I'm not looking forward to the experience.

After my previous review, I decided to contact this bogus "company" to get the necessary information to return my product. As others have indicated they play a game with you that they will give you a discount for this garbage if you decide to keep it. They think they are doing you a favor from having to go to the post office and returning it. They finally gave me some address to mail it to in California. Who knows if it is actually one of their headquarters in the USA, or some made up address. I mailed it more than a month ago - certified for proof, and I still haven't received the mail back from the post office, nor a refund to my credit card. Then on top of this, I see that this freakin' "company" is still showing their ads on YouTube. Yesterday, when this ad appeared, I clicked on Report this Ad and wrote a detailed report to Google. How is it that they were verified by Google to run their ads in the first place, or from possible complaints? I even sent a link of this website, so that they can read all the 1-star reviews from unhappy customers who fell for this scam. I told them to sue this company and have them reimburse all of us. I haven't heard back as of yet. They sent a general reply that mentions that they will review my report and take action if appropriate. I want this company to pay for their actions.

Yeah, clearly a scam company. Took money without me completing the transaction. I asked for a refund immediately, as I saw the email, they said it was already shipped (within 2min). 5 days later I get an email that it was shipped only 5 days later. So sad.

This is a scam. Nice website, but it is a scam. You get an overpriced cutting board, charged $12.99 for expedited shipping ( we received the product 6 weeks later). Interestingly they charged the credit card the day we ordered and our account showed the boards have shipped. The boards arrived with bent corners due to poor packaging. Started return process on the following day. USPS tracking showed they were delivered 4 days later. Have been contacting the customer service to see status of my refund over the past month. Customer Service has closed my service request 2xs. Finally today we called our credit card company to report scam. Our rep told us she handled a similar complaint yesterday. If you want titanium cutting boards, order thru Amazon. Much cheaper and any problem you can return them.

Glad I read these reviews. Was about to purchase 3. I won’t now.

Scam. Do Not Buy. Thankfully website seemed fishy so we created virtual card before purchasing so our bank can cancel such fraud transactions. You will not get any product if you buy it’s total scam.

0.0. When will you be able to reflect the true review. Who in this world gets 1 star for totally sucking? Think about it. Like this site wants the truth, yet your required to leave at least one star. I say stupid. Katuchef is the biggest joke ever. The Gico lizard would find the size appropriate. Maybe. There website says 8k 4.7 star reviews. Don't go by those reviews. I won't die from salmonella, but from embarrassment because I bought this scam. This was purchased from a utube commercial. I will never make a purchase that way again.

Terrible. This company is dishonest and is committing fraud. I ordered one cutting board at the stated price of $45.00. When the transaction printed out moments later, the charge was $118.00. They had added on another cutting board and warranties that I never agreed to. I immediately emailed them to cancel the whole order. They replied that it was too late and that it was already packaged and shipped. In five minutes??? I will take this case to Pay Pal. Don't deal with this company EVER.
