After research on other sites, I found that your product claims were truthful. Made my decision to buy this cutting board so much easier. Your web site is easy to navigate. I didn't get hassled when I declined the other offers after I made my initial order. Some sites can be rather exhausting with their "are you sure you don't want this item etc.". I will be interested in finding out whether my knives do stay sharp after using a titanium board. Again from everything I've read, the claim that your knives stay sharp is also true. So my question is why would you NOT buy a titanium board?

Quick response to our return request.

The customer service was great and very responsive. It was a pleasant surprise.

The product is fantastic. What happened was- after I purchased the product I received an email stating that my payment didn’t complete. So two days later I repeated my purchase- the. Received an email stating that my (first- original) purchase had been shipped- but I did t realize that until the next day when I received a second email stating that my purchase didn’t go through and the day after that received another email that my order was being shipped. So two orders two days apart paid two different amounts- but really only only need the one set of cutting boards.

I would like to know when my order will be received ?

Easy to find product after seeing it on a news feed. Wanted to have a safer cutting board that didn't put plastics and other unknown things into the food I prepare for my family.

Excellent presentation, detailed information provided. Wide variety of product and services available. Very informative.

Ease of making my order.
