Fast reply from Customer Service, but it seems to be quite a hazzle to initiate a return process. This could be made easier, thanks.

Don’t send items NOT REQUESTED and expect customers to pay for them!!!! Just refund the $109.96 to my credit card as promised ASAP!!! Thank You

You sent more product than needed. Product’s quality is poor. White coating scratches.

The customer service is fine
The customer service is fine. The product however is not as advertised. The cutting boards are scratched after one use. I'm looking for a refund and will return your product.

I purchased the item thinking that I…
I purchased the item thinking that I was being charged in AUD only to find out after looking at my bank statement that I paid in USD making the purchase over $100 AUD. Not only that but it seems that a box was automatically ticked in the order for an extra Warranty charge which although a small amount comparatively, was still deceptive . Then in the week that followed I was bombarded with emails trying to upsell me on buying more boards, bigger boards, other accessories etc etc. At this time I tried numerous times to cancel the order only to be told that it was already shipped...yet I was still being sent emails saying "...buy xxx before it is too late..." etc. When finally getting a response from customer service I was told it was too late to cancel order as it had already gone. when I receive the order yesterday, without having to unpack it, it was easy to see how tiny the board was. Not even big enough to chop more than 1 vegetable at a time! I have asked again via customer service for assistance in returning item for a full refund.

Jag uppfattade inte att det tillkom…
Jag uppfattade inte att det tillkom någon garantiavgift . 4X340=1360 Nu står inte den summan utan något har tillkommit. Jag är negativ till liknande på nätet där tillbud snart inte gäller längre. Men jag handlade ändå. och hoppas jag kommer att bli nöjd. Ska ge bort flera.
