I had to phone 4 times . eventual success. some cut me off or were very dismissive, however the last lady i spoke to was very helpful and finally i got somewhere. She was excellent

The website seems easy enough, but a little confusing because of not giving a total for the product ordered. It gives it on an email with the order number instead of the website. It seems to be that it took a little longer before the package arrived. But that could be just me.

The customer service were very helpful, specific and prompt with my queries.

It took a s while to reach someone at the company, but when I did, the they were very polite. Im waiting now to find out how I return my product. I hope I will get directions after I submit my review.

Web site is easy to navigate. However, I did not like the additional product push.
