Helpful and quick response

I received immediate response from the customer service regarding my order for titanium boards . I have responded daily with explanations and photos of my titanium cutting boards. I am eagerly waiting for replacements of these cutting boards as I feel the quality is not what I expected nor as advertised. I appreciate the quick responses to my inquiries and feel the integrity of this company is exceptional.

The experience with KatuChef was very good. I did not need all the items, and they provided a refund. The customer service was prompt and excellent. The boards are excellent and pure titanium which are more stable than just coated ones.
