Refused first credit card but there is no reason to do that. Used second one -okay fur that one.

When I realized the total price of my order I knew I couldn't afford it. When the cutting boards arrived , they were smaller than I expected so it isn't a product I could use, also the cost. Edilyn was wonderful in trying to cancel my order but the process had already started so she told me not to worry and i could return them for a refund once they arrived. A very nice and helpful lady.

All I needed was how to return a partial order but now I have to fill out surveys and wait for "email instructions".

I was looking for 100 percent titanium boards and this one had great reviews. But I didn't like the push to buy more and more and more.

Everyone I talked to was very pleasant and efficient in getting back to me. I ordered 2 titanium cutting boards and was very disappointed because both items were damaged and it has not been confirmed yet as to whether I get my refund or not. Because of this, I did not Feel I could give you the highest rating possible.

Simple to use. Good information.

The offers after the original purchase went on and on. Very irritating!

Final sales tap area was too close for ordering. There was no other choice to make except ordering more cutting boards. I only wanted 2 of them.
