I really wanted to test the device for…
I really wanted to test the device for a full month, but because of the 30 day limit I am forced to return device before I could give it a chance to work. You need to extend your time to test the unit. 30 days is not enough.

Razel.had trouble understanding that I wanted to only order 4, but somehow I ended up with 6. I want to return 2 cutting boards.

answered quickly and pleasant
answered quickly, very pleasant, no issues. The only con is that I don't have a return label as he promised until I do the survey so I can't really comment on your return policy

Frustrating Return PolicyI find it frustrating that I have to
I find it frustrating that I have to fill out a survey to solve an ordering problem. A customer should be able to speak via a telephone conversation with a customer support representative to resolve any issue that might arise.

The only problem I had was an error in…
The only problem I had was an error in ordering 3 additional boards which I didn’t intend or want. Customer service responded right away + said they would help me after delivery.
