My new necklace is beautiful! I bought it to honor my sweet mother in law that passed recently. She always loved butterflies.

I purchased a believe heart dainty necklace. Love that it’s adjustable and it has a magnetic clasp that it easy to get on and off. Great quality too.

I love the design of the jewellery and the messages on empowering women, I ordered two necklaces with my nieces initials one in silver on in gold, once I placed the order I realised the guaranteed Christmas delivery for orders placed by the 6 December was not for international orders. I got in touch and customer service replied with other delivery options which I chose and the necklaces arrived within the week at an extra cost. I love the necklaces the came in a lovely gift box with some empowering messages which I hope will empower my 17 year old nieces, unfortunately I only got one box for the two necklaces so I will have to get another two gift boxes that match, I did ask customer service to send me another as I did purchase two separate necklaces, but the reply was a no as they come in a muslin bag

As mentioned, in line with our commitment to sustainable, eco-friendly practices, each of our jewelry pieces is thoughtfully packaged in a beautiful muslin bag, which is both eco-friendly and reusable. We truly appreciate your understanding. Sending Peace and Love, The Katia Designs Team

I don’t like negative reviews however since I got this prompt, I will be truthful. I didn’t feel like the quality match the price. I was considering trying the Goddess blouse, but given the quality of the jewelry, I decided to pass. In addition, I did not like your return policy Which made me not wanna give it a try. I wish you all the best. I do love the whole concept.

Our jewelry is unique, and we are proud to say over 40% of our daily sales come from repeat customers, which is reflected in our stellar reviews. However, we do understand and respect that it’s not for everyone. Please look for an email from our Katia Designs Team who will be reaching out to assist you. We are happy to help!
