I bought the dark knight 13mm and it was sold out I was going ask for a refund but they gave me a option to wait and threw in some wraps to make it right and upgraded to the 13mm awesome customer service I would recommend to anyone wanting this belt

Absolutely Outstanding Service! I’m beyond grateful for the incredible experience I had. The customer service was out of this world—polite, easygoing, and impressively fast. They responded to me the same day and were readily available to help when I accidentally placed my order incorrectly. They quickly resolved the issue and made sure I got exactly what I wanted, all with a professional and friendly attitude. Extremely responsible and an absolute pleasure to work with. I’m thrilled with everything and will definitely continue doing business with them. Awesome work, team! Keep it up!

Its the support i got here. I dont really go to the customer support when i need help, but I am glad I did it here. Met an awesome guy that helped me on my journey to get an awesome belt! Really love this company.

Great experience, bought two belts so far and they are awesome. Where they really shine is their customer service, they got back to me and resolved my issues within the day.

Awesome customer service, makes a perfect self-birthday present, 100% recomend

My lever bent on a set of heavy squats and I sent a photo to the team. They sent me a brand new belt and lever for no extra cost at all. Super dope of them, great customer support

We had an issue with a Lever Latch & they took care of it and very responsive to my concerns

Gave me a new belt after mine ripped on the day of purchase, no hassle, very quick process. Belt feels amazing and works great.
