I my order on October 16th and as you can see in screenshot I paid 4$ for 4-5 days delivery time. But my tracking # is showing package is still in Atlanta, GA since 18th Oct. It's Almost close to 3 weeks not sure how long it will take themdeliver. These people do not care about customer service and commitment. I do not do business with people who lies. It was my 1st and last time. And I'll make sure to let everybody know at my gym about their poor business policies. Instead of improving delivery time. I placed an order with Katamu for a substantial amount of money some time ago. While they did respond to my attempts to communicate, the issue remained unresolved. My order still hasn't arrived, and the customer service has been quite disappointing. Despite their replies, the lack of a solution showcases a lack of commitment. I no longer want the order; I simply request a full refund. My trust in Katamu is now at zero. 😔

Wrong item. I ordered a weightlifting belt for my son and the wrong one was delivered. I have emailed Katamu 2 times and they have not responded. Avoid purchasing from Katamu.

I ordered my preformace shorts and lifting belt in March,18 and it arrived In April 5 and I payed for the 1-2 business day shipping

Way to long shipping. Literally took 4 months

Three weeks it’s been since I ordered you guys already took your money and no one has reached out to me about why I still haven’t received my order there’s no phone number to contact customer service this has been the worst experience ever
