my first belt came damaged but after contacting them they quickly sent me a replacement 10/10 customer service and the belt quality and designs are amazing.

They were very responsive to my communications and did everything to make my purchase a successful one. Definitely will do business again.

The belt itself is REALLY nice, and they have really cool designs. Unfortunately, the buckle wasn’t tapped all the way for one of the screws so I sent Katamu a message about it, and they replaced the buckle right away. All I had to do was provide a picture. Awesome customer service!!
