I tried to contact them through email to start a return and got no reply. So I tried to DM them on Instagram and they responded there. They proceed to send me a return address (which I had to pay for shipping) and after they received the item back, they began to neglect me. They then try to tell me “we emailed you back” when in reality, they didn’t respond to the initial email at all. Through DM they’d constantly tell me “let me check with the team and get back to you” on 2 different occasions. Every time I messaged them to check in, they’d reply days later as if I was messaging them for the first time. That belt was 175 bucks and I still have yet to receive my money back. 30 days money back guarantee seems more like having the returned item for over a week and not sending back your money. This might be a huge scam. Additionally, the number on the Shop app does not match the one they provided me in our DM’s. Both of which DO NOT work. Until I see my money back in my account, I won’t take down this review.

On April 30, 2024 I purchased a lever belt from Katamu. I emailed on May 7, 2024 stating I needed to return the item because it was not needed anymore (it was a gift.) The box was unopened and unsealed from delivery. They requested pictures of unopened/unsealed box, which I emailed to them the same day. May 10, 2024 the company emailed me back and stated my refund would be reflected on my credit card within a few days. As the days following, they emailed me a return label and I returned the item on May 22, 2024. The belt was delivered back to them on May 28, 2024 according to USPS. As of today, June 17, 2024 I have yet to receive my refund. I have emailed the company yet again. I would suggest anyone ordering from the company, beware!!!!! Hopefully I will have my refund soon or I will continue until I do. This is very unprofessional in my view. The website even states "enjoy painless, hassle-free returns." This experience has been nothing of that.

Horrible service… states 4-6 days for shipping…. Today marks 9 days. I placed my order on the 26th. I’ve not received any order updates, shipping confirmation or anything. This is a horrible way to treat your customers whom are paying $200 just for a belt, wrist wraps and some knee sleeves. I’ve already requested a refund and will be taking my business elsewhere.

I ordered a week or two ago and i never recieved my order even though it said with 4-6 days. i contacted through Instagram they said that the wrist straps were out of stock until a month. Terrible marketing because you don't put on your website that your out of stock for the item. i had to replace it for another wrist strap that is part of the same set because I'm not going to wait over a month just to get it. making people waste a lot of money just to wait weeks maybe months that's bs. I was going to recommend this company to friends but after my experience i am most likely not going to.

To start with this product arrived and smelled terrible, I couldn't keep it in the house. I have been trying to get my refund for the product I returned to you since January 22nd. I have had no response from you since February 4th. Sergio is whom I spoke to originally and he no longer responds. It really is sad I have had to spend so much time on this. Do the right thing and return my money. My order number is 12651.

I ordered shorts that were wrong ones when they arrived. Only can email customer service, can't speak with anyone. Spent money to send back and received the same pair back. Still haven't been able to speak with anyone. Emailed several times, no response. Very disappointed.

Buyers beware. Belt REEKS like cigarette smoke and you cannot return. Owner said air it out but that smell does not go away. The email on their website to request a return doesn’t work and you can’t get resolution. Sketchy business practices and product smells like an ashtray.
