KatamuReviews of katamu.co

I’m very happy with both the product and the customer service. The quality of the product is excellent and exactly as described. I initially ordered a larger size, but I needed to exchange it for a smaller one. The exchange process was smooth and hassle-free. Customer service was responsive, helpful, and guided me through the entire process. Overall, a great experience. I would definitely recommend this product and this company.

Great customer support and even better products.

Dominic was extremely quick to respond, resolved my issue rapidly with a good outcome. Great tone on their emails.

My mom accidentally ordered me the wrong colour and size for Christmas. The exchange process was a breeze:) The products are high quality too, good quality material and stitching.

Katamu is amazing!!! Harvey from Katamu was fantastic! I recently bought a belt but accidentally got the wrong size! Harvey made the returns process a breeze! Easy to contact and replied quickly to emails! The product itself was fantastic looks amazing and works amazing! Could not be happier! Thank you so much!

Hands down one of the best companies I’ve done business with. Not only are the quality of their products GREAT, but the customer service is unmatched. I don’t know if I can go to anyone else for my lifting gear, outside of Katamu. Customer for life!

Got the wrong size, Katamu helped me out with that. I order the wrong size and contacted them and received a response the same day. We stayed in contact and I was able to get a exchange.

Excellent Customer Service. I was a first-time purchaser of this company's products and made an error in the size that I ordered. I easily found the refund/exchange information on their website, received a next day response to my inquiry regarding an exchange, and was easily able to execute the exchange with great communication from the company every step of the way.
