+ves They are very prompt to respond and take good care of their customers. Food products are awesome. Their aroma is preserved very well. Definitely makes one miss Kashmir more. -ves They don’t have reverse pick up available in city like Ahmedabad that makes return/exchange practically very difficult.

Around 8 days after placing the order I enquired about delivery and was directed to a wapp number for customer service. They were really prompt in responding to my query and mentioned my order was being packaged and would be sent soon. I received the phiran 17 days after placing the order. I am really impressed with the quality of the product. I would recommend others to use the company. My only advice would be if they can send a courtesy email after dispatching the order, it would be great.
