I just placed an order 4/15/26 and wanted to cancel. I have tried to use the WhatsApp number no answer, I tried the WhatsApp messaging no response, I emailed both customer support and a number that stated it was a New Jersey number and left a message no answer. It says you can cancel within 24-48 hours for a full refund. But no one is communicating. I won’t do business again with this company because someone should be available, with all the scams going on in the world. The last thing anyone wants is to feel like someone got a hold of their money and they changed their mind and now there is nothing that can be done about it.

Worst Customer service. I tried contacting them to cancel my order the day I placed my order. Nobody answered my call.Once the item got delivered, I contacted them again and then they contacted me saying they cannot give me full refund, instead they offered me store credit which I didn't want

Worst experience. Never place any orders with this company. Not heard about my shipping and date of delivery. It's past a week I wanted for this Saturday's party. Items still not arrived. Email states product on its way...we are preparing your shipping.

They sent the wrong size. I ordered a size 40 and they sent a 38. I attempted to email but the email was rejected. Then finally got ahold and they refused to take my return. I am now out my money. Horrific experience. Do not shop from here.

I didn’t get the package. FedEx delivered to someone else. Please report it as lost item and please send me another one.

I am happy at all with the contact. Order was accepted but items not available. Then the items received where too small which I requested a return. You provided the return address and rejected replacing my items with larger size. Bad experience. Bad, Bad experience. I am out $87.00 plus. Yet a shame.

What I got was: 1- not as pictured at all 2- despite ordering custom sizing 2-3 sizes too large. 3- the lehenga skirt is poorly made on top and has a huge gaping hole when I try to close it to wear Completely unwearable item. And they have not responded to any of my emails requesting help.

Order not delivered yet, as promised (before Diwali). No Customer call-in help number, No communication of the Status communicated ever until I emailed and asked for Status. Even after order cancelation over a week back from 10/Nov, Karmaplace is planning to ship order, which is of no use post Diwali. They just want to push the order thru. and not pay my money back now.
