Hello. I have emailed a couple of times and tried to leave messages there's two different numbers and there's no voicemail. Can you post the phone number here. I will change my number two to a higher number. I just tried it one dose because I need to go slowly but my questions how long can it last while you're in the zone and should you take it day or night

While some enjoy a more intense journey, many of our customers find that 1/2 to 1 gummy is ideal—it really comes down to personal preference and familiarity with mushrooms. The journey typically lasts around 2.5-4 hours, and I personally enjoy it during the day to enhance focus at work or while spending time outdoors.
