Not happy at all with the quality of the hair. The hair is overpriced & my frontal was over plucked & had a HOLE plucked into it. The install was ok, however, they use lots of concealer in the part which doesn’t look natural & they make the part super thin. The lady who did my install also sprayed some black spray to make my part even thinner since the frontal was over plucked. I paid over 700 for the hair & install & ended taking it out after only a week since the black hair spray got into the part & looked horrible. Never again!

I ordered a HD closure and the 16, 18, 20 bundle promo. I ordered the loose wave and the hair in each bundle is not the same length. In my 18 inch I have quite a bit of hair that may be 10 inches mixed in to make it full. I would expect a 18 inch bundle to a true 18 inch bundle not mostly with a lot of mix and match lengths added to make a full bundle.
