HAIR BY KARMA BLACKReviews of karmablackhair.com

Love the hair and the customer service! Made a mistake on my order and they quickly fixed it for me before it shipped.

Very friendly and professional. Very informative. Hair is amazing. Definitely recommending and returning.

Black hair excellence! My hair was slayed!!!

I had a shipping inconvenience my first time ordering from here sometime earlier this year but I’m so glad I still got a chance to try out the hair it was SO WORTH IT lmao. The frontal is amazing and takes color very well. Best frontal I’ve ever had. I think they’ve then recently changed their postal office and that was a great move because I got my hair in the time promised. Forever customer from showing love from Brooklyn ny 💕🥳

I’ve ordered hair from karma plenty of times, they have the best quality and true HD Lace, no transparent/Swiss. My lace always last 6months to 9months or more with continuous wear. This time they ran out of 24” and replaced it with 26” no questions asked. I love this company, highly recommend to all of my friends and will always shop with them.

I truly appreciate the awesome customer service from Rosie. She made sure that any snag became a then seamless move forward. I truly appreciate you listening to what was important to me and making it happen. I can't wait to post my pictures 😁

Shipping quick!

Order was placed and was received within 4 business days of order. Order was corrected and the individual pieces were each in their own bag and then those bags were in a plastic shipping bag. Quality appears to be as reported; however, it has not yet been used. Overall, I am pleased with the ordering process as well as delivery. I will have to update my reviews as to the actual product(s) once they are used.
