What amazing customer service! I placed an order last summer and forgot something in my order. Not only did someone respond to my message right away, but they fixed my error immediately and with no fuss. I also placed an order on Black Friday and once again, Kari herself responded to my message within minutes, and even better, I received my order on Cyber Monday! That's incredible when compared to other brands that took a week or more to arrive. I love their skincare products and I am saving up to try the makeup and more of the color whips!

I haven't been able to test this under the summer sun, which is why I'm withholding the fifth star. The product itself is lovely on the skin. It smells good. It spreads evenly. It doesn't feel greasy and absorbs well. It leaves my skin feeling silky. I have had no reactions to it. I have highly sensitive and slightly dry skin. So far I love it, and I am eager to see what kind of protection it offers in the summer sun.

best lip balm!

My second purchase. The Lip Whip in Marsala is a great, everyday color. It is not sticky or tacky, but does have a nice shine. The color is buildable. I apply it with a brush or my finger. The Wonder Whip is a great balm with a very slight shimmer and shine, with a nice spearmint scent.

I love all the products, but especially the essential serum, essential cleansing oil and the essential hydrating tonic. It is such an easy routine and makes my skin feel so good. Easy to order and it is shipped very quickly. Thank you Kari Gran for your excellent customer service, you go the extra mile!
