Customers service was great (I sent an email and received a response the following day - and it wasn't an automated one). Shipping was also very fast. The cleansing oil was wonderful, the smell was lovely and washing my face felt like I was giving myself a facial. It did a great job taking my make up off and was gentle enough to use on my eyes. The tonic and serum also smelled nice but for me it was not moisturizing. I have dry skin and these just didn't cut it. The SPF was a nice addition but it was horrible. I live in FL so I have used many sunscreens and this one is not one I'd purchase again. It did not go on smooth, left residue on my face and this didn't allow my make up to go on smooth. Overall, I would purchase the cleansing oil again but not the others. I love the travel size options so I was able to try everything before I committed to purchasing the full size.

A valued customer of your products sent me your direction to experience her experience. I purchased Oil Cleanser, Essence, Lip Balm as well as a sampler of mineral makeup. Your Oil Cleanser is one amazing product along with Essence ~ smaller pores with cleaner softer skin. Love these two! The Lip Balm is soothing and effective although I wonder about contamination dipping my fingers in the jar 4 or 5 times daily? Mineral Makeup is a no for me, perhaps being unfamiliar with the application although having dry skin could be my problem as well. It's a certainty I will be placing more orders.

I ordered the sample sizes first and have now moved on to larger versions. I've been using the system for about a month and really like it. My skin looks and feels better and I love that I can understand exactly what is in the product! I also like the product of creating my own fresh moisturizer every day. :-)

I ordered a trial size starter set of the Kari Gran Oil Cleansing Method, and I have been very happy with my products. The trial set comes with detailed instructions for use, and the products and packaging are of a very high quality. I especially appreciate that you don't feel like you are getting cheaper bottles and pumps on the smaller sized products. As far as the performance, I have very very finicky skin: very prone to breakouts, and clogs easily, and the Oil Cleansing Set seems to be working well for me. I have used face oils before, so this isnt an entirely new experience for me, but so far so good! My breakouts are about the same (I largely attribute that to my diet), but they have been healing much faster and the existing scarring I have has improved dramatically. The hydrating spray smells amazing, and the entire experience feels very spa-like and therapeutic. Two Thumbs Up! I will definitely be ordering the full sized products when my trial runs out. :)

Amazing product. Bright in the container, sheer on your lips, although very buildable. Leaves my lips soft and moisturized. Also great shipping time and overall purchasing experience. Highly recommend!

I love knowing exactly what is washing my face and having it not be all chemicals or things that strip and dry my face out. I've yet to find anything that works this well on my skin by any other company with an oil wash system.
