I love your lip whip. It smell's wonderful, softens my lips and the color is not overpowering. I would love it more if it came in a tube as an option. Thank you so much for a great product

Thanks for the lip whip love. The tube is tricky as it is so convenient, but Kari hates plastic as it leaches into the product which is no bueno, so for now the Miron jars are the only option. Thanks for your feedback. --Lisa

You shrunk your product size on the essential oil by so much that it eroded your value proposition and offended me as a customer. There are too many hi quality options for your customers (I was a loyal one) to use instead. Now you're asking me to pay so much more per ounce than I used to. Regrettably, I won't be purchasing this product again.

I'm really sorry you feel that way Jessie, and I hope you contacted us for a refund. Honestly we have not reduced the product size at all. We are offering a new, much larger size of the essential serum, which actually makes it a better value, ounce for ounce. And when you bundle it as a system, the price goes down even more for the best value we offer. --Lisa
