Best customer service! I placed an online order and entered wrong address. This was a 148.00 order. I was sick with worry I would never see it again. I called and spoke with Rachel she immediately sent me a new order! Unbelievable!

Love this brand. The cleansing oil is my favorite. Cleaning my face with it (it has lovely, lavender ish scent) and a hot towel is my treat at the end of the day. Ships super fast too with a personal note included.

My lips get dry and cracked and then start to peel. Chapstick doesn’t help much. Burt’s Bees made a wax based lip balm that helped a lot but they stopped making it. I have been looking for a substitute and have found it in your product. I put it on at night. It was a little weird at first because I wasn’t expecting the crystals. But it works great and I am so pleased to find something that takes my poor dry lips and rejuvenates them. Thank you for making such a fine product.

To really hydrate your lips you might try following up with one of our naked balms to lock in hydration. Especially at night, then you can wake up with really smooth, soft lips. Great Products. My face has really calmed down bump wise due to my egg/dairy sensitivity. It is hard to eat perfect all the time and this product has made a big difference for my skin is a short period of time.
