I’m very disappointed because the artwork seems so beautiful. I ordered a print for my daughter’s room and received the order confirmation and was told an email with tracking would be sent once the order shipped. It has now been a month; I have sent several emails inquiring the status of my order with no reply, and there seems to be no other way to communicate. All I can see is that the order was placed and my credit card was charged, but I have not heard anything since. I’m very disappointed and will not be purchasing from this artist again.

I have NOT received my order. I never received an email notifying me that my order shipped. Other than 2 emails asking me how you did, I haven't heard from you since 6-15 when you acknowledged my order and took my payment. At this point, a 1 star rating is too high, but there is no lower choice.
