karenwhitworth.com did not respond at all to my email communications, the only mode of communication offered on the website
I waited years to order an art print from karenwhitworth.com. I am a senior citizen living on Social Security, so it took me a long time to decide to spend the money on this print I had so long admired. I ordered it finally, and it came with flaws in it. I emailed various email addresses I found on karenwhitworth.com numerous times about the condition of the print I received. Never have I heard one word in reply. There is no phone number to call. I asked that this problem be addressed and remedied. I have been left with a print with flaws on it, after I paid my hard-earned money for an art print I expected to be of perfect quality. karenwhitworth.com has absolutely no customer service. In writing this review, I hope that somehow word will get to karenwhitworth.com by some means and that I will hear back with a resolution to my problem. A business needs to have an email address where emails are returned. A business definitely needs a working phone number where humans can have necessary conversations.
