Easy to order. Great shoes. Received order fast.

First time for an online order at Karavel. Easy peasy! Thank you!

Always amazing service and cute very comfortable shoes!

The service at Karavel is second to none. I was so impressed with the salesperson that helped my husband that when it's time for me to get new walking shoes, I will be heading straight to Karavel!

There were 2 selections that I'd paid to receive and found in the emails a refund for one of the items! There wasn't a lot of information about what had happened, so when I looked up the shoe in question, the shoe still showed available in my size. Apparently when I phoned the store to verify this issue, they said there was a computer mixup showing two available when only another size much smaller was available! Everything else was great, the one pair showed up sooner than I thought and is just great. Love getting a discount on shoes, tho the one I received did not have any discounts! Always good to get to shop Karavel at a discounted price. Great shoes. Cheryl

Excellent service! Thank you for being so responsive and getting my order to me so quickly.

I love Karavel! They are all so knowledgeable and helpful! I ordered a pair of New Balance online then realized I also needed insoles so I went inside to get those. They had my size on my profile so it was quick and easy! So convenient!

The website was great and the shoes arrived on time. Thanks.
