I ordered shoes that were in-stock according to the website, waited a few days… we’re not shipped, only when I reached out for a follow-up they refunded me saying it’s NOT in stock…

Neither shoe fit. Need wider shoes. Will be returning. Hopefully you have wider selection

The shoes I bought were too small and the company is impossible to contact. I went online and used my email and it says I don't have an account?? I usually get the Sawtooth 10.5 W but they weren't in stock so I went for Oboz Bozeman 10.5W and they were too small.

3 STARS overall for wrong product: The hiking boot sent was a low cut boot, the boot pictured & described on the order page / reciept was the hi boot desired. When the boot came, it was noted that someone from this store generated a white sticker (1' x 3') to the manufacturer's box that has a tiny photo& description for the actual boot paid for. Sticker was placed near enough, the boot box image from Oboz. Upon looking at the incorrect boots, the color of material does not match any Oboz shoes on the market, and the assembly of boot was sloppy, glue showing in many places. We sense these may be counterfeit boots? 5 STARTS for CUSTOMER Service: When I informed the seller of the error on their part (sending wrong boot), with conversations and detailed emails being sent, they eventually sent me a printable return label. I was very happy that they agreed to do so as they initially informed me that I would have to pay out of my pocket to return the wrong boots and once they received them, they would reimburse me.
